Amazing friendly service buying our Porsche Panamera turbo s e hybrid!! Dan at top555 was an absolute gent!! Took long to arrange finance through a friend so Dan helped us with his own finance broker, got it approved same day!! Once approved, handover was very professional and detailed. Better than a main dealer!!! Dan helped with the registration change over with dvla and went that extra mile by having the new plates in the boot with drilled holes for such an easy change over. Can’t fault top555, would highly recommend!!

Other dealerships could learn a great deal from TOP 555 as the service they provide is exceptional. Dan Baines was a pleasure to deal with, his knowledge of the cars he is selling is first class and he ensured that minor issues with the car I was purchasing were resolved without fuss and to my full satisfaction. I would certainly class myself as a demanding customer but Dan and the team at TOP 555 took this in their stride. I live in the Cayman Islands and having spent years wanting to get a Range Rover and spent a lot of time looking. I was recommended to Charles and Top555 in the UK by a good friend. Who has purchased more than 10 vehicles over the years with Charles. From the first point of contact through till after deliver and still today available to help. Charles has been amazing. I identified a car of interest when over In the UK for a short trip, I took the time to head up to his store and he opened it up at 10.30pm as I was flying out the next morning. Arriving they had the car beautifully presented and unveiled it. He took the time with no pressure but good advice and was a pleasure to deal with just over an hour later we had a signed deal. From there he helped from store to cayman. Full service, protective coating, couple extras, detailing, under body coating to protect from salt, transfer to shipper intro to shippers delivery and off it went. I received the car in the middle of COVID-19 which was a challenge but all the tine he was available and helpful even afterwards calling to ask a simple question was as available as the first day. I work in sales and I must say that this was one of the best experiences I have had and when dealing from far away the level of trust just is so much more heightened. I will by again from Charles and I have recommended him to my friends. Your in great hands with Charles.

Saw car on Top555 website after viewing it on Autotrader. Called Top555 and spoke to Charles. We discussed car in detail and also my Trade In. Charles called me back in 10 minutes with a price which we agreed quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I collected my new car a week later. I am still more than pleased.

I bought the car without actually seeing it, based on the description in the advert (Oh, and the colour), and it was spot on, a lovely car. Dan, who handled the sale, was great and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. All in all, what is usually a stressful time was the easiest and most painless car-buying episode I've ever had. Top marks to Dan for putting up with my drivel, and many thanks to him and his team. From when I first met Charles part owner of the company he was very friendly , knowledgeable about the McLaren I bought there was no pushy sales pitch and a pleasure to be in there show room. Dan has proved himself an outstanding individual when it came to my car buying experience. I had looked at many cars, the more I looked at the fussier I became. Dan was very patient with me and he gained my trust easily and quickly. He also knew his business very well and how to handle an uber cautious consumer who had experienced repeated poor car sales practices in the past. I had originally wanted a newer vantage but when Dan suggested that I look at car in the showroom I was left speechless. Whilst the car was a 2006 model it was unblemished on the outside and in a stunning grey metallic paint finish. The paintwork was like glass. I could not believe what my eyes were telling me – concours. Things got more confusing when Dan opened the door and I sat inside the car for the very first time. The smell of the leather was incredible and overwhelming and I felt like I had entered a Hermes showroom. The car was in such remarkable condition that I was lost for words when Dan asked me what I thought. The issue was that the car looked (now that I could see it in very fine detail) to be better than it would have been when delivered new at a dealership. It has been very well cared for previously but it looked like brand new although showing 21,000 miles on the clock. The preparation was on a level that I will never expect to see in any other showroom and having been to a number of main dealers they simply do not offer this. I was sold. Brought back my wife and 4 year old son. They were sold. I arrived the next week to pick up the car and had a very large grin all the way back home during a glorious drive. Couldn’t believe my luck. I found Dan and his team to be thoroughly dependable, hardworking and possessing a high degree of initiative. Dan particularly sets himself the highest standards and is an example to others in this industry with his bearing and humour. He is most intelligent and easy to deal with and I can confidently recommend him to any prospective purchaser of the carefully sort stock of cars at TOP555. The after service was outstanding too. Fantastic service from Tim..... and more importantly a fantastic deal! PX offered was £8k more than main dealers on my nearly new Range Rover Sport.... and the deal on the new Porsche was just as good! New car is perfect! Thanks Tim, I’ll defiantly be back next time I’m looking to change!
