I’ve just bought a Performance car from Top555 and I couldn’t be happier & more pleased with it. The whole process from the start, right up to collecting the car was enjoyable & handled with professionalism & courtesy. Charles and His team went the extra mile in every way to ensure I was happy with everything & I cannot praise them enough. I dealt mainly with David Rogers & He was a gentleman & his knowledge is far reaching from years in the motor industry & anything he didn’t know He found out & got back to me. Buying a car online under the current Covid restrictions is quite a daunting process as U can’t view it or test drive it in the usual way, so more than ever you need a dealership that is honest & accurately describes the car & its condition & answers any questions honestly that you have, prior to you collecting it or being delivered. Top555’s description of my car was not only accurate but it exceeded my expectations in every way. A credit to everyone involved including the valeters/detailers who prepared the car in a staggering way that included every detail from the wheel hubs to the engine compartment too & it’s testament to the attention to detail that Top555 pride themselves on. This is not your average car dealership and I would not hesitate to buy another car from Top555 again. In fact I look forward to it. What a great experience! From the moment I decided to purchase from these guys, I felt totally comfortable with no pressure whatsoever. My purchase was a Caterham R500, and to the uninitiated, this car is a ‘weapon’ and I had been looking for sometime for the right one. I have just bought a Bentley Continental GTC from TOP555 with Dan Baines handling the whole process in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. This is my 4th vehicle from Top555 - all of which have been exceptionally dealt with by Charles who is always willing to go the extra mile. He strives to remove any hurdles preventing you from moving forward and is accommodating, generous and patient. No pressure sales just passion for the product and his special observational and listening skills steers him and you to the right vehicle. Delivery was perfect and COVID distance maintained throughout. It’ll never be as good as a sit down in the car and a run through, but in this climate it was fine with all questions answered by the knowledgeable driver who was courteous, professional and attentive to my delivery privacy. I’m looking forward to future deals with Charles and to be honest, I’d rather wait until he has what I like rather than use anyone else. I think when you are buying a Supercar or any car for that matter, it should be a fun, exciting & easy experience and I have say that Top 555 achieved that even through Covid.... Just a suggestion on handover I think the car should come with a full tank of fuel!
