As a newbie to surfing and this was my first wetsuit purchase, I was a bit nervous but Chris Rouse at Shore who was extremely helpful and took the time to talk me through my options and answer all my questions. Having opted for 2 suits I needed to return one and again the communications from Chris around this was brilliant making the return hassle free. Hi, I have ordered from Shore numerous times but on this occasion I had a problem with delivery… my order did not arrive within the specific time, despite contacting the courier company twice who promised delivery both times… my order did not arrive! This was a present for my dad. Gutted that it missed my dads birthday I contacted the company Shore direct and I received brilliant customer service!! I had the pleasure of dealing with Ollie! What a great experience this was. This is customer service at its best!!! I received a very prompt response and Ollie was quick to resolve the issue. There was a mixed response between the courier company so whilst it was looked into Ollie kindly dispatched another order out to me by DPD and it was with me by the next day! Superb service! Lovely company to deal with, friendly, helpful & prompt in their response. Highly recommended! Thanks so much Ollie for all your help and for resolving the issues with my order. I shopped online with shore last year and had to return an item that was faulty still under warranty almost a year later. Their customer service in helping me find a suitable replacement, delivery which was exceptionally fast was excellent. I called a few times to check things and staff in particular chris were excellent. Highly recommend this company

I had a manufacturing issue (leaking seam) in a SUP I purchased. Shore's after sales was exceptional, contacting the manufacturer and arranging a replacement board within a week. Made what could have been a difficult situation very easy indeed!

Some times things just do not work, break or fall apart when it is no ones fault. I have just purchased a RipCurl E-Bomb wet suit from Shore.co.uk. I used it once and the taping on the left leg and knee started to peel away from seam. I contacted Shore and emailed them some photos of the issue. They immediately apologised and emailed me a link to print off a postage paid label to return the goods. A new replacement wet suit was dispatched by them the following day, once proof of postage for the returning wet suit had been provided. It is all too easy to complain when things go wrong, but often a better measure of a companies approach to customer service is how they handle the problems that are beyond their control. Thank you Shore for your swift and efficient resolution.

What an amazingly lovely company, with just the best customer service! I ordered an item that did not arrive, it was tracked and when I checked it said deliered serveral days ago. I contacted Shore who said their end it did not look delivered, all very odd. But they promply sent out a replacement that arrived the next day. The missing one has just appeared, it had been delivered to a totally different road, and they had only just been able to drop it off. I will be returning it to the lovely Shore people!

Incredible service and the loveliest of staff! Unfortunately I needed to have an item replaced but it was amazing! I emailed them and immediately they called me! Real life humans on the phone sorting the problem. Amazing. New product delivered old one collected on the same day. Made me want to buy everything I need from them!

Just brought a Sit on Top Kayak from these Guys! Excellent service, items only on website if in stock.. no waiting time! Slight manufacturing issue, not to do with Shore.. they resolved it promptly and amicably.. Thinking of getting out on the water? Give these Guys a try.. if my experience is anything to go by.. they won't disappoint!

Had a problem with a bodyboard. Got in contact with them and a replacement was sent immediately with no hassle. Things always go wrong, it's how they are fixed that is important. Customer service like this is rare these days - they went above and beyond what was required and they'll now be my "go to" place for all my future surf purchases.

Ordered a Tootega Pulse 95 sit on top kayak for our brand new leisure pursuit. Easy online order, kept up to date along the way. Kayak arrived in the allotted timescale, all the way from the south coast of England to the west coast of Scotland. Questions answered and advice given. Great service form Shore. I misread the delivery noting the day but not the date. Emailing to say that my swim boots and hat hadn't arrived, they replied reassuringly putting my mind at rest. And the items arrived three days earlier than expected. Good fit and raring to go. Thanks.
