My experience with Shore has been great. The hoodie I ordered arrived and had been labelled incorrectly so was the wrong size, but Chris in customer service dealt with the issue very quickly and could not have been more helpful. Thank you for your help, Chris! I'll definitely order with Shore again.

Gloves didn't match description on their website, on letting them know they updated the description on their website, emailed the manufacturer for clarification and sent me a returns label for the gloves I bought. Amazing customer service, bookmarked their website for my future business.

I ordered a Patagonia jacket for my son. I searched the web and came across Shore I saw the snowdrift jacket I thought he would like and I ordered it. It was delivered within a couple of days and I was updated on the progress of the delivery. It came well packaged and in great condition. My son loves it and I would definitely buy from this shop again. Very professional without being intrusive. Thank you shore great product at a very competitive price.

Ordered for first time but didn't like any of the items. Exchanged for something else & difference was quickly refunded & new items sent. Customer service quick to reply as well. Would use again.

They asked us for some documents. we did sent them. then they said it shall be PDF format. which we did resent everything. then they said, oh it's too many , put them on a A4 paper and send. Which we did again. Then they said, oh we can't open them. these have been taking us 6 weeks

I had a fault with some wetsuit boots I bought (no fault of shore.co.uk) and they sorted it out quickly and efficiently, with excellent communication and friendly, professional customer service. They replaced the faulty boots and didn't even charge me the difference to replace the faulty ones with a brand new pair. Amazing!

Bought a jacket for a gift from the store when I was visiting Wittering. Unfortunately when I got home I needed a different size for the birthday boy. I got in touch with Shore and they were more than happy for me to send the jacket back to them and then dispatch the new size for me. Not only did it save me a trip to the store but it was super quick delivery. Service above and beyond what was expected. Have bought several things from Shore and will continue to do so whenever I am next at the Witterings!

Ordered a dryrobe on the 28th from these guys as sold out everywhere says it would be delivered next day it's the 2nd now and got a email saying we have refunded you as we have none left stock error, they still have one left showing still. Now dryrobe have finally got a large in stock went to pay for it transaction could not be completed? Checked refund status won't be in my bank for another 2 days 🤬🤬🤬 you should be done for wasting people's time will never use these guys again (1st and last time) not happy

Seems customer service is not that great, bought quite a few items here over the years, but the frist time i got sothing that was not as discribed (like the picture) they are been extermely unhelpful in getting it returned.

Chris Rouse provided the best customer service I've ever had from an online store. I've never used shore before so was a bit apprehensive but the replacement item came the next day and support was always a phone call away. Can not recommend enough

Ordered a Roxy coat with free delivery and it arrived the next working day! The coat is great and the price was much lower than I’d seen it elsewhere. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Shore again.
