This company used to be ok then they went down hill fast. Every time you try to communicate an issue with them they blame the customer then argue with the customer then scold the customer. I'm tired of it. Due to the toxicity I will never purchase from them ever again. Plus they are almost always above MSRP. Not worth it. Reply: Wow! Check out that reply from the company to a bad review. Uh huh. Sure. This is exactly what I was talking about. Who wants to do business with this? Reply 2: None of that is me. I am an individual who works for a company. You have made a very bad assumption here. My CALIFORNIA information was already verified by Trust Pilot so this audio link of yours is nothing but a lie so I'll just point you to the rules of the site since you already broke their privacy rule once and had your original reply removed: "We expect you to be a respectful contributor to our platform. So play nice, don’t be a jerk. Don’t post anything harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory or obscene. And don’t lie, bully, blackmail, make threats or do anything illegal."

They had 24 preorders left available for the new graphics card release. I submitted and got a receipt for the invoice of my order. The next day they canceled my order and said sorry were not accepting any more preorders. Unfortunately, if they screw us it’s okay. But if people screw them they get upset. Will never order from here or recommend to anyone ever. Edit: The website tried to remove the listing to try to hide a bad review. Also, there was no contact on trying to help with any sort of situation. Now they’re attempting to try to redeem and defend themselves after they couldn’t remove the review. Fake reviews, don’t trust the website. No contact, no customer service, fake reviews. Just make sure to be sure to find a better site to buy from instead of this.

I was shocked to receive my order within 24 hours of submitting my purchase. Their communication has been great, and I'm pleased with the product. And what a great price.

I bought a new Intel Core i9 processor. The purchase was straightforward and I got exactly what I ordered. It was great.

BLT did what they said they would do for the adapter I backordered. They did not charge me until they actually had my part and were going to ship it to me. BLT also shipped the part very quickly. In the end my son was able to use a software work around without the part, but that was after the part arrived. It taught him the lesson to always RTFM, that cost him 5 months of inferior video gam play during the COVID-19 summer.

I love the service, I got updates on everything and it came in and the outer box had no damage at all love them!! I am 100% using shopBLT.com if I need more parts. I haven’t used my product 100% yet because my motherboard did not work but so far it’s great Because I tested it on another build. LOVE IT!!

Between delays in shipping, waiting until the shipping day to tell me "pay 100$ more or we'll cancel your order", and maliciously suppressing reviews on their BBB website.. I can't recommend purchasing from this seller. Period. Never again. Buy from someone with more scruples. UPDATE: "ShopBLT.com reported this review 8/10/2020 11:49 PM for violating Trustpilot guidelines." - More evidence of Review-Suppression To BLT: You already tried to stop my review on BBB's website by claiming I "wasn't a customer", forcing me to email the BBB my proof of purchase and buying you 3 days at the expense of your reputation and image. Now you're reporting my review on TrustPilot in the same manner. Stop trying to sweep negative reviews under the rug and just own up to your actions. What you are doing is immature, unprofessional and violates the terms and agreements of BOTH of these sites. (Notice how I didn't Report YOU for those infringements, because i'm not a vengeful toddler..). Contrary to what you may believe, I have better things to do than fight a company who consistantly infringes upon my constitutional right to freedom of speech.

The folks at BLT are badasses. I purchased a high-end motherboard from them, and they consistently and promptly kept me informed of the order status. They easily beat all of their competitors' pricing including some of my favorites like B&H Photo Video. I'll definitely check there when researching purchases going forward.

Competitive pricing, quick response from customer service. Took 1 star off, just for the reason that there is no actual ETA or update until the MFG ships the item.
