I watched Fed-Ex re-route a package to the wrong location through the ShopBLT package tracking tool, contacted customer care to notify them. Stephanie sent a duplicate order to me [rushed], and apologized for the inconvenience. It was a $6 clock. A retailer who sells much higher-priced goods still concentrates the same customer care on these smaller purchases -- they're a retailer I can get behind!

I had been searching for a particular model of Haier 15' wine cooler. Sam's had offered the item for about $450 including shipping, but they no longer stocked the cooler I was looking for. I found the same item on other sites for up to twice Sam's price. I found the same item for about the same price as Sam's, but also with free shipping on ShopBLT.com. After reviewing customer reviews including some negative ones I had some misgivings, but decided to take a chance and I'm glad that I did. Fedex delivered my cooler to Savannah from a warehouse in California in only 3 or 4 days and it was in perfect condition.

I've ordered Rosewill RK-9100BR a mechanical backlit keyboard. This was a backorder and the price was about 30% less than anywhere else. The website said it is usually shipped within 2 weeks. After ordering I received an email notification about when it will be shipped, which ended up being a week from the date of order. So, if you are making a backorder their email system is doing a great job notifying you what the status of the order is. When it arrived the keyboard was well packaged (they used a ridiculous amount of padding in my opinion), brand new as advertised, no problems. Backorder from these guys and save money.

I needed five 140 mm case fans for my current desktop and I decided to 'pimp' it out a bit by getting blue LED fans. The CEO of this company has been there for 22 years. He cares about all of his customers and clients that honor his company with business. No one else does it like these folks. The people that work there are energetic and caring on each and every order. I bought from them when I consulted for them and I buy from them now at nearly 70 years of age. I bought batteries in July of last year that are perfect for churches microphones they use during services and for CD ministry recording mics. Best price I could find on a wall mount for my flat screen TV. Their site showed me exact inventory so I knew it was in stock when I ordered. My order was processed and shipped (for free!!) the same day I ordered and I got it a few days later. I was kept informed of my order's status by email during the entire process and got my receipt with a tracking number the same day.
