I ordered a set of red seat belts with hardware. what I got was red seat belts with hardware. When purchases happen "simple" like that I have no reservations dealing with that person or company again.

They look great and made of good quality. It was packaged well and easy to install. My only issue was my application. With a bench seat the short belt with the buckle was a little to short in length. It should be at least a few inches longer. I like my seat positioned all the way back so it will work ok for me. With my seat all the way back the buckle just clears the seat back cushion .

As much as I would like to give your company a 5 star review, my experience wont permit it. I think you have a great product, it was the only one I found after quite a bit of research that was as close to original in the bracketry. The look and function is great. My problem is with quality control. My drivers side seat belt was shipped with a blemish. A small cut in the webbing. It does not go completely through the material, but nevertheless may compromise the belt in future years. Yes, I could have sent it back and I'm sure after waiting for the time it takes to ship the product both ways and evaluation of the claim you would have made it right. But my original seatbelt was no longer latching so I was in dire need for something immediately. Or, quality control could have inspected the outgoing product and saved us all the grief. I chose to deal with it on my own. It will not stop me from purchasing from your company again if the need arises, but I thought you might want to know about the problem to avoid inconveniences to future customers. An old business man once told me a valid complaint is a gift. Its better to know of a problem than to have a customer walk away in silence. I hope you feel the same way.

The replacement seatbelts for my Jeep look great, but are more difficult to use than the OEM seatbelts. They lock when you pull them out and it takes several pulls to get them to release to fasten them. They return springs are weak, and won't retract on their own, without some help.

Good looking retractable 3 point belts, at a fair price and quick shipping. Put these in my 40's pickup hot rod. Color matches almost perfect. Installation was a pain in the butt, but that's not the fault of the manufacturer. A '46 truck just was not designed for these. So what's the problem? ......The lap adjuster appears to be old technology and must be consciously adjusted each time they are used. When parked the belts retract fine, but if you want them to hang straight and neat, they must be manually adjusted back to the original position. In all my other cars this is not a problem, even the 15 year old models. That's why only 3 stars.

received and had to order more parts to make them work, when ordered for a certain vehicle they should send what you need to make them work. finally got installed and they do not work as smooth as they should. can and will use but not happy with them.

My belts arrived very quickly. The color was exactly what I was looking for. The belts had all hardware and were super easy to install. I would recommend these guys and definitely use them again.

I mistakenly ordered an "Ivory-colored" seat belt, asI had taken a live photo of my actual seat belt, which appears much darker (which is why I initially ORDERED the Ivory color to begin with. So, when I called to order the "Desert tan," color the second time, I was very surprised and disappointed. Especially after the long, explanation I gave the customer support representative. So when I called again (the third time) I wasn't sure what to expect. The customer service representative who took over this time, said he would send the Desert Tan Seat Belt out FIRST.. AND THEN, ONLY AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED IT--THEN I AM TO CALL and ask for an RA NUMBER, IN ORDER TO SEND Back THE IVORY. ZACH (ZACHARY) Was very reassuring, and the prcocedure he described, is exactly what happened?
