I purchased a slightly used, higher end power chair for my wife who is disabled, and the seat belt was too small. I looked into used belts initially, until I found this new one, along with the length I needed at Seat Belt Plus. It was brand new & cheaper than the used ones I found on line, and appeared to be the same belt. Shipping was fast, & packaging was excellent. I highly recommend Seat Belt Plus from my experience.
I couldn't believe how quickly and easy these seatbelts were easy to install. They work very good...sometimes too good. The replacement is more sensitive than the old factory ones. They truly work as designed.
I first order what I thought was a red that would match my carpet, it did not so I ended up returning for a white set. They were easy to return and quick to credit my account. The white one's looked good. The only concern was the mounting plate, it seemed to be in backwards, thus is did not lay flat on the floor, I had two options have to always twist the belt to use or mount with bend facing the floor. Choice the 2nd option and it all worked out ok. I would definitely purchase from seat belts plus again.

seat belts are nice, shipping was fast but didn't come with top hardware. called company and they said "we don't carry the hardware." what? you sell the product but not the hardware? inconvenienced..

After failed attempts to find less costly replacement seatbelts (either by pulling a used assembly or by refusal by locals to stitch new webbing), an internet search revealed this positive experience. The order was easily changed, also able to add hardware. It was processed quickly and delivered in a timely manner (2 days). I have no complaints. I would enhance this experience by offering actual OEM hardware, rather than the longer, finer threaded bolts with single (silver dollar-sized) flat, lock washer and lock-nut hardware.
