My consutant was Mike who had followed up from a previous enquiry. He always foloed through on times for reponses and dealt with all matters extremely proffesionally.

Harris was extremely helpful in providing details of any deals I was interested in. He was very patient, quick at responding back to my queries and understanding with my difficulties in contacting the cruise centre during the hours on week days. I cannot recommend the cruise centre and specifically Harris who personalised my holiday enough!

After emailing them with my requirements for the cruise I received a phone call to double check everything and also asked about things that I had missed. They came back very quickly with my quote which I was happy with. It was all dealt with very pleasantly a I booked my cruise.

Sharon was excellent, the travel agent system wasn’t working correctly and she went extra mile contacted Princess cruise and called us back with the information and confirmation that the cabin identified was available.

Over 20 years of cruising the majority has been with Iglu. A long time ago we met Kerri McNeil and she has looked after us pretty much ever since. We are very price conscious as, it's in our nature, and we prefer more cruises per year than one very expensive. When Kerri decided to join Cruise Center it seemed sensible that we should follow to test the water. She has always aimed to match or beat competitors prices hence our confidence in her expertise. But don't be misled. If Cruise Centre cannot compete on any cruise we would search elsewhere. Do hope this will not be necessary. So, all good so far
