The item ordered was not in stock at the time of order, but the seller contacted me as soon as the order was placed to let me know that it would be in Friday and with me by Monday. Great care was taken with it as it arrived with plenty of protective packaging to insure it didn't get damaged =), fanstastic service.
The staff were helpful at first as online they said no stock but when I contacted them for a delivery estimate they found one. However I placed my order shortly after 1500 on Thursday & they said I had missed the next day delivery option, so I asked for it to be delivered on Saturday which would cost extra( not an issue) but they then said it was to late for a Saturday delivery which I found extremely strange as I have ordered countless items on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday & it was only Thursday.. This is where there customer services sadly let them down as the lady would not try to assist any further & just kept saying I had missed the courier, so there courier must not pick up on a Friday???. The item arrived Monday without any issues but there website make a great deal of the next day delivery option but in reality this seems an issue sometimes so I do feel let down by there apparent lack of customer service.
The Weber Fireplace is massive, haven't had the chance to try yet!

After a lot of searching for the best price, I finally found riverside. They were a lot cheaper than all the other shops I looked at, almost worryingly so! But I placed an order, and within two days the products arrived. They were also very well packaged. All in all, a great service. Will 100% use again and recommend to friends.

Great quality, as described, my only problem was the terracota pot was cracked all over in transit..
Service excellent, but did have trouble with the postage. Contacted yourselves and you tracked my parcel. I don't think it actually came to my address as there was no card left to pick it up at the post office. On contacting you I was able to pick it up at the Post Office.

Bought my daughter the Polar Bear ornament for her 9th birthday. It's gorgeous and she absolutely loves it. Ornament was well packaged so not damaged. Arrived the day after ordering, as promised. I wasn't home and phoned the dispatch company to arrange re-delivery. Item delivered next day.
We were quite surprised at the fact we did not receive an assembly guide with our weber grill the other day. We had to rely solely on YouTube videos of any kind of info on what went where. This we think is unacceptable as ofcourse we would like it to be assembled as safely as possible..

This is my first time shopping on line with Riverside garden centre. The ordering process was straight forward and the next working day delivery of my order was spot on; it did as it said on the 'tin'. I haven't assembled the BBQ yet because I am sending it abroad, but the box was delivered in good condition, therefore no concerns.
