Ordered an end of range gas bbq, they phoned to say that model was no longer available but I could have the display model. Were very helpful, arranged delivery for day I wanted and driver phoned an hour before arriving.

I ordered a Chocolate Large moon chair at 10.10 am on Tuesday morning and it arrived at 8.05 am the next day quick or what, the moon chair is great quality and very comfortable and believe me I have tried them all, but this is the one for me very stable if you have any worries in that direction. Just give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Don't hesitate using Riverside to purchase your Weber. You won't find cheaper online and the quick and free delivery is excellent. Make sure you buy the right accessories tho; I ordered the wrong size roasting rack for my Q220! The info is on the website but could be a little clearer.

Riverside were the best for price and as I discovered the next day delivery(free) was exactly that. Absolutely brilliant customer service and a great product. I could not be happier with the service provided by Riverside. This purchase was my first from Riverside but I will not hesitate to use them again. My rating would be five star plus.
Ordered on Sunday night on the internet, got phoned Monday morning to arrange delivery day, delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Was able to track delivery. Only downside was I didn't get the phone call an hour before delivery that was agreed on.

Ordered this online, and it did advertise next day delivery - however they only had a split box of something so phoned me up to say they are awaiting delivery so my deliver would be the next day (1 day late) as i was organised for once for my brothers birthday this didn't matter, but i appreciated the phone call to say that delivery would be with a valid reason for the delay!
I decided last weekend that as summer had arrived i would buy a subshade that would fit onto any chair anywhere. So when i go out it is easy to be able to sit in the shade. My sunshade arrived in perfect condition as i would expect from a gardening company. it arrive so quickly but not before the sun disappeared. wouldnt hesitate to order from them again thank you Riverside garden centre
