Not only was the Garden Bench that I bought a competitive price but delivery was unbeatable. I live in a fairly remote area of the Scottish Highlands and getting stuff delivered is usually expensive. Not with Riverside Garden Centre though. Only a few quid and I got in a two days! I'll probably be ordering from them again!

I ordered an array of items for my Weber yesterday from Riversdale Garden Centre and was not disappointed. The items arrived the following day and was preceeded by 2 SMS messages, 1 to tell me it would arrive in the morning and the second to tell me it would be arriving in 90 minutes. Why can't all companies be as good as this? Delivery is the best I have ever had, the quality is the best - Weber ofcourse and the price I paid is heavily discounted by Riversdale so though not cheap, you are still paying less then elsewhere. I will definately be using this company again - Thank you.
Ordered in the afternoon and it arrived the following morning. I cant ask for more than that. I only wish I'd have bought my bbq from them as well. I will definitely use Riverside Garden Centre again.
Just received delivery of a new Weber bbq its brilliant except the instructions say to use 40 pieces of charcoal,my wife counted out 40 and the burgers didnt cook on the inside.Therefore i think i`ll put loads on nex.t time
Box arrived the next day. I'd bought a cover and there was even a note on the outside to say that the cover was inside the main box. All very thoughtful and professional. We do a lot of motorhoming on the continent and wanted another cooking option. The Q1200 with the higher lid and thermostat now means that we have an oven. We have cooked on it every night since it arrived to see how to use it best. So far have cooked a full joint of pork, chicken drumsticks, bacon and sausage for breakfast and last night a full chicken. The whole chicken looked and tasted better than from our conventional oven. We have created our own roasting tray for a few quid. Just a baking sheet with some holes drilled in and a wire rack to keep the meat of the hot surface of the tray. It's very easy to clean and I even partially took it apart the other night and put the lid and the grill plates in the dishwasher! The two side tables fold in under the lid with our utensils and with the cover on, it's a very neat and tidy unit. The adaptor it comes with does not reach very far and is only for the smaller gas canisters. I stole the hose off my CADAC (this is 100 times better than a CADAC by the way - far too many bits and too difficult to put back in the bag so we stopped using it) and stuck on a calor adaptor for a 7KG bottle. Happy days. Go for it, you won't be disappointed and the service from Riverside will get it there very fast and they will also give you the best price on the web. We now have a BBQ that produces beautiful food and will be used almost daily for 4 months of the year. Today we are planning to use it to make some bread and bake a cake!
Product as described and delivered promptly
Had an initial problem with the original order as the product was not in stock even though I was able to order and pay for online. Riverside then offered to upgrade the order at a small fee and we were happy to accept as the upgrade was more expensive. Overall we were satisfied with the product and eventual delivery ( not the problem of riverside but the delivery company) . Very helpful with all our concerns.
The camping chairs were ordered mid afternoon one day (standard delivery) and arrived lunchtime the following day. That's what I call good service.
They always seem to be in stock and delivery next working day is great...made even better by the text message advising of delivery timings. Will definately buy from them again

I purchased a Weber Q BBQ and cover. I cannot fault the price or delivery and am very happy with the BBQ. However, the cover does not fit well on the BBQ due to the stand legs and I definitely would not recommend this. It is not wide enough to fit over the legs and does not look like the cover in the pictures. In hindsight I should have returned it for a refund but I needed a cover the first night so had no choice but to use it. Just to be clear the 2 stars is for the cover and not the price or delivery times of Riverside.
After searching for the weber kettle bbq I choose riverside after seeing they do next day delivery and again confirmed this with them via email To be told if I order Wednesday before 6pm to expect on the Thursday which is what I did,I then book a day off work to wait around all day and surprise surprise no bbq arrives and having already wasted a days holiday I spend best part of the evening trying to track my bbq to be informed it may come on the Friday or Saturday! So to advertise something on a web page which is false and then to be mislead via email has left a very sour Taste and I will not give this company any more of my time or money,internet shopping should be easy not stressful and to add insult to the wound the bbq box comes battered like a under paid postman has played rugby with it..............excellent poor service thanks.
