Ordered a cadac Stratos 3 Barbeque received it next working day. The delivery company could not have been more helpful. Despite its weight of 35 kilograms the driver helped me with the box into the house. The barbecue exceeded my expectation it appears excellent quality although I will not assemble it for sometime as it is on its way to Spain. I ordered a trinket box from Riverside. The item arrived on time and well packed to ensure it arrived safe. The item is lovely , good quality and very attractive . excellent service and I would highly recommend this company.
We opened the box and were slightly shocked to find no assembly instructions or pictures of the assembled item...but loads (about 5) pr leaflets advertising other sites/product. Six adults- in party spirit - took about 30 mins to assemble...without instructions. Finished item looked and worked fine.
I ordered a Weber BBQ from Riverside as the price was very good and I'd read good reviews about their service. Free next day delivery is also a bonus. However it did not arrive as the courier company could not find my address. After contacting Riverside they were very helpful and passed me onto the courier. I'd missed that days delivery but as I required the BBQ very soon they put it in the boot of the depot manager's car and he brought it out to me. All in all pleased with the product and service but missing a star as it wasn't plain sailing.

You can spend as much time as you like on the web looking for genuine Weber products for a lower price. I didn't look that hard but my advice is don't bother. Riverside are as cheap as anyone else AND they have the biggest choice, are a trusted, established retailer who deliver the very next day. I never write reviews but Riverside inspired me.
