I thoroughly recommend SMR Bathrooms, not only were their prices competitive and the staff have a wealth of information and knowledge. They went completely out of their way to ensure that I would get the items ordered in time. It takes a lot to impress me, but I was awestruck at just how professional the customer service person was that I spoke to and the delivery was on time and I was informed every step of the way. I would without doubt use this company again.

Item was great, but they need to review the postage pricing, I buy a lot of plumbing and heating products online most charge £6.95 for next day delivery, so I think £10 is over the top, but very good service

I contacted this company to place an order for 11 radiators in the delonghi sale range. I had all the right dimensions. The very helpful Dan advised they were nearly all out if stock. He very helpfully advised me on another range and advised me of all the dimensions which were the closest match. They arrived (except one, coming later). They've been installed. Look great!

Quality is really good at lower price. Delivery is fast as well. Very pleased.

Very speedy service. I thought that there were some minor parts missing, so I phoned and requested replacements. These were supplied without question by first-class post. To my shame, I then found the "missing" parts!

I purchased a shower valve which didn't fit as expected. Returned and came to an amicable agreement with the management regarding a fair refund. Makes a refreshing change in this black and white world that we live in today. Old school values on the internet. Would use again based on the fact that humans exist behind the website.

I am nearly 70 years old and although I use the internet, it sometimes brings more grief than I could possibly expect. I am not a professional, I am just somebody who is trying to convert a bathroom and I have run into difficulties with my lack of expertise. Really impressed with variety of choice for cast iron radiator valves and the cheapest prices. The items came following day, excellent quality, as ordered, and very well packaged.

Okay product but v expensive and auto emails came across as bossy and offhand assuming the customer to be dishonest by implying we would damage goods and then make a claim. Delivery was quite poor too. No indication of when delivery would be consequently I wasn't in. The card left said they would only make one other attempt to deliver, the next day, and failure would result in having to collect the parcel from over 20 miles away or it being returned. Recommend you change courier services. Recently received excellent service from DPD

Very easy to order and very helpful staff when I needed a delivery time. The shower rail has yet to be installed but based on the service I would definitely use the company again.

Purchased 3 radiators, 3 radiator valve pairs and 3 sleeve kits (or pipe shrouds as they alternatively describe them). All items arrived next day and were in tip top shape, the radiators were really well packaged which was important given that they are the heavier items. The quality of the "elite oval" radiators that I got is excellent as is the quality of the valves and sleeves I got with them. I found the website very easy to use, and felt that every option and bit of information I could need was available to me, it was well advertised that I could call for any additional assistance I might require. I would not hesitate to use SMR Bathrooms again or recommend them to anyone I know.

ordered a radiator and valves online but ordered the wrong valves, just emailed them and asked them to change them for the correct ones and when they arrived my order was correct very happy
