I ordered a photo mug. It was delivered really quickly. It was excellent. Have used this company before and would definitely recommend.
Ordered a photo mug... absolutely delighted.. picture quality was brilliant. Then i had a pair of personalised couple socks.. loved them...excellent quality and such quick delivery. Would highly recommend.
Paid £18 for misprinted socks Delivered a day late which I wouldn’t mind butt I didn’t get any apology I’ve wrote 2 emails asking for a refund and I’ve not even had a curtosey reply yet! Awful product/ quality assurance and most of all, awful customer service
Never deliver Rude give so many excuses this company is useing myhermes to delivery that has 96 percent bad delivery feedback parcel lost then was on way then was returned to sender do not be fooled I have orderd 3x cups with personal photos on of my children and show no remorse about my personal gift claimed money back off my bank now on undeliverd claim stay away from this site and go direct to a trusted company thats not so rude unprofessional who try delaying it all with emails and get you do all running about with my Hermes 5 days and still same excuses stay away and order from someone who uses a known delivery company and cares about keeping custom thanks and I will leave this review on every site I find to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else's personalised gifts has photos of my 1 2 3 years old on now who has them prinster cannot tel me nothing but lies stay clear be warned don't fall for false reviews
This is the second mug I have purchased as my grandson saw the original purchase in my kitchen and was impressed by it so ordered another as a stocking filler for his Christmas
Excellent customer service from Alex. The original photos I supplied would not have produced good quality masks so Alex rang me and emailed me to let me know. They then assisted me with guidance on how to pick a better image which I sent them and they edited the photos and cropped them to make excellent masks . They were delivered 2 days after production and were excellent quality just what I expected . Can’t wait to surprise my friends tomorrow with them 👍
Delivery driver threw mug over the smashed it. Rang up told the lady she said they would dispatch another next day as it was a gift for following day. Changed address as I knew I was at work so got it sent there. Never turned up. Been delivered somewhere which I’m still waiting to find out. Aparantly im getting a refund but it isn’t the point I had to rush out and get something else after work. Also a stranger has got a mug with my children On which is really not good enough!

Bought 5 personalised mugs as thank you / goodbye gifts for teachers. They are fantastic quality. Come in a lovely little box which is perfect. Looked at a few websites and these were the cheapest so I was a little apprehensive, but I was VERY impressed. Would highly recommend.

I ordered face masks from printster. My first pictures send were not the correct size so I was contacted directly and given guidance and several opportunities to re-send a suitable picture, I infact send Over 2 which they had no problmen with. The customer service was excellent! I had really good service, clear communications and the masks turned out brilliantly! Would really recomend and definitely use again!
It would appear this company can do no wrong. Their customer service is quite simply appalling. Remember that old adage 'the customer is always right? It would appear they certainly don't!! Arrogant and rude.

Mugs arrived earlier than expected. Excellent quality. Very pleased. However delivery through My Hermes not so good. Said they had tried to deliver when they hadn't.
Good quality print and paper and quick delivery especially on the re-order.
