Item was exactly as I had hoped.

The printed mugs and coasters are great - delivered quickly with excellent communication. One of the mugs was damaged and a replacement was sent straight away. I'll be happy to use Printster again.

Ordered a personalised mug and unfortunately the order came damaged but when I emailed about it I got a very prompt reply and a replacement sent a few day later unfortunately the same happened with the replacement and I have to say I got an answer straight away to my second email and a replacement sent via a different courier very impressed best customer service I've experienced in a long time

I purchased a cup and coaster with my partner's record label on it.. The logo print is amazing quality Highly recomend Prinster I will definitely be using them alot

Had two orders from them and quality is very good. However, I paid extra for a pouch last order and never received it with the keyring.

Awful company - avoid at all costs, wrong mug arrived when called the man on the phone was rude and didn’t care said it must have been me when asked how I swop he said well just take to the post office, i then e mailed to complain and nothing, I then asked to speak to a manager to which the rude man said, there isn’t one it’s just me that works here, isn’t a proper company so I will be reporting - disgusted and now my friend won’t get her present in time

I ordered a mug from Printster, which was supposed to be delivered by Hermes. The app said it had been delivered and a signature was taken, none of these things happened. I tried to contact Hermes, which was not helpful at all. I decided to contacted Printster regarding a replacement. The customer advisor was very helpful and looked into what happened. I now have a replacement on the way. Fantastic customer service from Printster!

I have just ordered two photo mugs filled with jelly beans. My mum and daughter were over the moon with their mugs. I highly rate this company such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Had some minor issues with delivery but prinster sorted this out ASAP Will shop with them again. Great for gifts all year round

I had an old black and white photo and the quality of the wrapping paper was fantastic, really impressed and will definitely use again for special occasions.

Placed an order on Thursday pacifically for Fathers Day and I still haven’t had any sign of it. Not forgetting I paid £12 delivery to make sure it would be here on time! I have emailed customer services twice and I still had no reply and no dispatch details. This is awful and I won’t be buying again.

If I could give no stars , I would!!! Customer service is appalling!!!!Are not there to help you. Delivery shocking!! Package arrived in pieces, ok this can happen, I understand that , however was poorly packed so this could of been avoided. But it’s the customer service I cannot forgive this company for. It is appalling!!!! Considering you offer a service, it’s your duty to follow it through.

Awful awful service. Rude and ignorant. They delivered my photo mug to the wrong address and insisted I had entered a completely incorrect postcode ( of course I would). Then no offer to send a replacement or refund. Never use these again. Awful.

Products are amazing! Really brought the laughter we needed during the Covid lockdown! Extremely High Quality of wrapping paper! Delivery took longer than expected however the his was not a Prinster issue but slower delivery times nationwide. Will defo use again!

Excellent from start to finish

I needed a rush job which during these times is incredibly demanding! Aimee was amazing and moved heaven and earth to get my order completed and delivered. I was so pleased with the fact that they kept me updated and then the quality of the work was briliant.

The coasters I ordered look fantastic. Brilliant quality. I would have liked them to have arrived in a little box though, instead of just loose in an envelope. Otherwise, pleased
