I ordered some items at Perlen and I would defenitely recommend Perlen to anyone. My items were shipped very quickly and when I wanted to return one of them, that was no problem at all. The same day Perlen received my return package, I got my money back. No hassle at all. I don't live in Denmark, but that was not a problem either, because Perlen allows their customers to pay in Euro, krones, pounds, dollars etc. You can choose which currency you want. And for those that don't own a credit card (like me) they offer pay pal. I am a very satisfied customer!

I've bought from Perlenodense (Perlen for short), for quite a while and have always been very happy with both my purchases and the service received. The customer service is excellent, no question is too much trouble for them. In my experience the response to an email query has been very swift, as is the time taken to place and dispatch my orders. Although I am in the Uk, my orders have always been dispatched within 24 hours, as long as the items are in stock and I've generally received them in a timely fashion, usually within 4 days but definitely no longer than a week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Perlen to anyone who wishes to get genuine jewellery at an affordable price :)

Thank you, yesterday I got my package and I'm upset because one charm (name of charm is Shimmering Lace) doesn't have one little stone in the center. Of course you can not noticed it on the hand but it's a present and I think my mother can see it. I don't know what to do, perhaps, I'll leave this charm and buy another. Very pity that you don't see on charm carefully before sending. And I ordered many charms and it's first situation with your site.
