I had to return an item I purchased. I received an E-mail that asked me to print out a return label. I tried to print it but discovered there was no attachment. I sent a message to your company informing them of the problem. I received a message that the attachment would be sent by the weekend. The attachment never came. I contacted your customer service and finally received the attachment. My advice would be to not send the E-mail without the attachment!!!

I received a remanufactured Power steering pump for my 2003 GMC 6.6 Diesel PU and it appeared to have been purposely damaged upon rebuilding. The return steel tube inside had been pinched off and it took this 65 year old man working in a snow bank replacing hoses putting probably 2 gallons of fluid on the griund before figuring out what the problem was. I have been told that my money would be fully returned, but the wasted time and fluid etc. were on my dime. I understand mistakes happen, and don't blame your business for the mishap, but have to be convinced before I would purchase from you again.
