They took care of my requested orders..on one occasion one of my orders was not delivered by fed x and Oscaro got right on it, located the items and assured me when it would be delivered and it was..ditto's to Oscaro.
I was satisfied with the part. It got here when said,but there was know email saying when that would be..I called and it arrived about an hour later..very good!!!
They are very good with prices and nice customer service but i can buy anymore because there is no shipping to Puerto Rico

My dipstick for my vw beetle broke. Decided to look online for a replacement. Clicked on oscaros site. Found what I thought I was looking for. Being a woman, and lacking confidence in my knowledge of car parts, I called the toll free number . The gentleman who took care of me was very helpful. He even looked up my vin number to make sure I was getting the correct part. It was wonderful to have such terrific service!

I tried Oscaro for the first time to order air and cabin filters for my car. I shop a lot online and I was expecting a run-of-the-mill experience for these routine parts. Well the order shipped sooner than expected but was delivered to the back door by the carrier, not normally where I expect packages. It was dark and I did not see it and so when I received notification that my order should be there I replied via email that I did not have it. I thought that was strange so I went downstairs and looked around again and there it was. Just as I was sitting down to send an email cancelling my message, and Oscaro rep called my phone to ask me how they could help!
