Worked with Clay making sure I had the right parts coming my way, especially since it was an online purchase and returns are never fun. Anyway, everything went very smooth. Got the right parts, returned core and received a quick refund on my core charge. The only thing I would recommend is that if you are ordering brake calipers, check to see if the pads are included. I ended up buying a set of pads and having another set come with the calipers. A little dig goes out to Clay, he was going to double check to make sure the calipers that came with pads were in fact Motorcraft pads (the ones that came with the calipers weren't marked) and get back to me, but hasn't yet. Anyways, the answer is yes, I intend to buy from Oscaro the next time I need automotive parts.

I purchased a part from this company. It was the wrong part. I called company to get refund. I received the letter and then they were supposed to send me a bar code form so I could return the item. They said it would be done in 24 hours. Still waiting for this to happen. I got on company web-site to voice my concerns, but so far no one has responded to my inquiry. I would like for this to happen asap.
