The prices were a lot cheaper than any other websites. Got free shipping and wasn't sure if order went through so I called. A representative got on, puled up the order. Assured me it was the right parts and the order would be delivered in 3 to 4 business days . It was on my front steps the next day by 3:00. I have got quite a few people to order through them and they all agree that there amazing. Very professional!!!

Great prices, fast delivery. Returns handled promptly. Cost to ship Alternator core back is the same as the core value. I did not return the core. I will keep this in mind when looking at cost in the future.

Delivery was acceptable but we had an emergency with the car heater in very cold weather so had to purchase a substitute here. I returned both packages but only received credit for One returned item. I need to find the sales receipt and call to have it corrected

I ordered a part on Friday, received an email on Friday from Oscaro saying my order had been processed. It's now Tuesday and my part still hasn't shipped. I did a live chat with Dominique who said she will keep an eye out for a tracking number when the supplier ships it. They won't change the shipping to next day, I had to choose that when I placed the order. First time ordering from Oscaro, and it definitely will be the last. Nothing worse then poor customer service. I'll go back to ordering from the other online parts stores that value their customers!

Ordered 2 wheel bearings ... they arrived one was made in USA one made in Korea. Not to big of issue but the abs plug on one was shorter than the other so we had to zip tie down as it wouldn't reach the harness mount
