If you purchase an item that has a core charge, I suggest you purchase with someone else. It seems that Oscaro Parts does not like to reimburse core charges in a timely manner. I am still on the wait list. When you are on a fixed income, I shop for price expecting that the core charge will be reimbursed. Life goes on. Update.......Oscaro Parts found the issue and took care of the reimbursement. That's a good customer service.

Ordered parts for a complete brake job, including rotors, rear caliper replacements, front sway bar links and rear shocks. All parts arrived in perfect condition and fitment was precise. Easy, no fuss!

The parts were the cheapest on the internet. The parts were shipped quickly. I wasn't able to track the shipment. I just had to return the cores so the my review about my core refund is not available at this time. That is why the 4.

Original order arrived incomplete. Accessory parts missing w. wheel hub bearings. Had to use old parts of car to complete job. Oscaroparts responded quickly to correct situation sending replacement parts, but, they had accessory parts with the bearings missing too. Oscaroparts means well but their warehouse and shipping & quality control needs to be seriously improved.

I was willing to give Oscar and associates a try because the website checked out OK on ScamAdvisor, and they had good prices on their parts. They also have a wide choice of brands for many items. Unfortunately, they don't box the parts up very well when they ship them out. But Domonique, the girl in customer service, was really nice and took good care of me, rectifying the situation to my satisfaction. I placed another order soon afterwards.
