Having had completed and passed my Level 2 Gym Instructor Practical Assessment at the OriGym Liverpool assessment centre the other day, I can confirm that the experience was much less nerve wracking than anticipated! This was my first time ever participating in any sort of practical assessment and in coaching another individual. Coming from a background/ industry completely unrelated to health and fitness, I felt a bit apprehensive before entering the assessment centre. However, once I was in I immediately felt better after speaking to some of the assessors and to other students also undertaking their assessments. Jemma was my assessor for the day. She was kind, welcoming, and made me feel at ease before the start of the assessment. She explained everything in detail, allowed me enough time to ask whatever questions I had and provided me with thorough and effective feedback at the end. Overall, it was a very positive experience and has made me excited to eventually return to complete my Level 3 assessment!

Kirsty was really helpful in her responses to my questions and was able to clarify things that I needed to be in order to complete my level 3 program card. She has also helped boost my confidence in going forward which when studying online and not being in regular contact with a tutor to know you're heading in the right direction, is really important.

while completing my level 3 personal trainer course i got stuck on a few questions that seemed very hard. I opened the live chat and spoke with the tutor Jemma, she helped me very politely and showed me exactly were i was making a few silly mistakes. Amazing team and always very supportive, whether this be through academic support or helping answer some questions about admin processes and assessments.

Great help from Hazel, after finding a glitch, that meant a couple of the modules that were read only, were not registering that I had read them, which caused a delay in the results. Hazel sorted it out promptly.

Thanks Abbie for her help and quick response. 🙏 In general, this is the second time when I ask about support and the Team works very fast and qualified.
