This was my first time using My Itchy Dog and I was pleased and impressed. Despite it being over the busy Christmas period, I got my order very quickly, they kept me informed each step of the process and I was impressed by their range of products on the site and the advice on there too. Have received very good service ie the cream arrived quickly. It does not seem to work at all thoughand in fact my dog is constantly trying to lick it off and still itching not sure if I am doing anything wrong. Very disappointed oh and it smells odd too.
Ordered the itchy shampoo,it arrived within 24 hours of it being posted. Have bathed my dog in it and so far he has not itched once. Another order will be made if it is this good. :)
