Fantastic service and good quality flowers . I loved how they send me a small video of the complete product . They also sent me a messages letting me know that my flowers had been delivered But know one was in . I definitely will be using Venus flowers again .
This was a good experience. I had wanted to have some flowers for my wife and i spotted this website... I made a small error with the online form and very quickly noticed an email asking me for further details...i picked up the phone and a very helpful young lady sorted everything out. My wife was delighted with the flowers. The end . ! ( But excellent )
I had a great experience. I made an error when ordering a delivery online and was able to ring and amend the delivery. The lady I spoke to was efficient and helpful. I received a video of the bouquet through email (a lovely touch) and another one at 5.07pm when the flowers arrived.
Great flowers but shockingly bad service - sent an email with a video of the flowers at 11 am but didn't deliver until 7 hours later! Telephone calls prompted "We deliver between 8 and 6 response" Awful awful service
Beautiful flowers and superb quality. Loved having the video of the flowers to be delivered as you often wonder how they look when received by the recipient. Great service and will definitely use again.

Fabulous service. I ordered flowers online at 09:27, having heard my friend’s Nan had passed. I received an email at 10:15, it advised my flowers were made up and included a video. They were perfect and well received. I prefer to select my own flowers having had issues with online orders before but I would highly recommend Venus. Being in another country and dealing with covid restrictions it’s was nice to have someone show my respects for me. Thank you :)

Ordered flowers for an anniversary for same day delivery. The order was accepted swiftly and I had an email to confirm. I then received a video to show me the flowers and the message and the flowers were delivered and hour or two later. The person that received them was delighted. Fresh beautiful flowers and excellent service from start to finish!

My flowers wilted worse than a chocolate teapot. My five year old could have knocked together a better bouquet. Flowers were as dead as a dodo. They never came alive. Poor. Bad. Abysmal. Cheap. Nasty.
