I wanted to use a local florist in Northern Ireland and found Venus Flowers via Google. I feel that I certainly made the right decision in choosing Venus Flowers. The online ordering process was very straightforward, but I wanted to confirm a delivery detail so I telephoned them. They were really helpful and friendly. The flower arrangement they put together was absolutely beautiful and they sent through a video of the arrangement once it was completed. Thank you Venus Flowers!

Beautiful bouquet with great quality and variety of flowers but the experience unfortunately slightly marred by delivery difficulties. Received message that flowers has been delivered but couldn’t find them. Helpful person in shop and delivery driver solved the mystery. Solution might be to print labels in slightly larger typeface so that no 16 & no 10 are not so easily confused.

I rang Venus Flowers Belfast in the morning, and was able to confirm with them exactly the arrangement & colours I would like in my custom purchase. The lady on the phone was able to advise I could tailor my order to the flowers I know the recipient liked! The flowers were beautiful, and arrived on the same day of purchasing! Order was placed at 9pm and arrived before 2pm the next day. They sent me a video of the flowers and gift card to make sure it was all correct before delivering it. I was kept well up to date with the order being delivered. The flowers are stunning!

I wanted to order some flowers and had left it to the last minute! I had tried a few places, none of which offered next day delivery-or even delivery to my chosen post code (BT22!) I placed an order on a Sunday online at 11.30 and by 9.30 the next morning I had been sent a video of the beautiful arrangement-they even did a close up of the delivery address and my chosen message so I could verify it was correct. Flowers were just gorgeous and the service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Decided to ring rather than order flowers online so I could personalise the hand-tied arrangement. They were lovely to deal with and listened to my request regarding the type and colour of flowers I wanted. A video showing the arrangement and message card was emailed to me to confirm I was happy and then the flowers were delivered the same day. Exceptional service.
