Livefood have never failed to deliver on quality stock. With previous suppliers stock has been of a poor quality and insects have not been far from death. Livefood's are healthy and last for ages. We recommend to any other reptile owners.

I buy locusts weekly for my beardie. The locusts are always healthy and last over a week. Delivery is usually next day. 100% recommend.

our first order from livefood uk was for 10 small rats and 5 large weaners they sent out 15 large weaners, i rang to ask them the sizes they were meant to be and they said smalls were 90-150 grams, not a single one of the rats weighed 90 + they sent out a replacement 10 small rats with a ticket that said 90+ and only 2 of the 10 weighed 90+ calling them again the woman i spoke to was very rude and said they were small rats and told me to feed my snakes 2 weaners as a replacement! i WILL NOT be using this company to buy rats from again!

The food us fresh the products and substrate are spit on. Deliver ed next morning at 8am very clearly labelled box won't shop elsewhere unless its emergency.
Ordered from live foods late one night. Got email confirmations of processing and despatch the next day received my calci-worms the next day. Arrived well packed and in very good condition. No damp substrate just really nice dry (what looked like coconut shell) substrate. Cheers guys I now havey regular supplier for calci-worms
