Maddie is extremely thorough and professional and talked me through each part of my assessment and treatment. I had a sports massage the morning after running the London Marathon and have felt no post-marathon discomfort or DOMS which I’m sure is partly thanks to a great rub down. I’ll make regular trips now to ensure I keep on top of my recovery after events.

I had very bad sciatica pain that was constant, after taking multiple pain killers and other medications and having appointments at kinetic I am in little to no pain, I feel like myself again. Would recommend to anybody that is in any pain

I have had 2 knee replacements and always go to Kinetic to help me for my pre-operation fitness and preparedness but also my post operation recovery. I moved to Kempston in the Sumner of 2023 and I used to get sports massages fairly regularly. After doing a bit of research online I found Kinetic and my experience was really good with Maddie, the therapist I booked with. We chatted all the way through treatment and I definitely felt better afterwards.
