Fantastic services from the team at Kinetic - I have been for injury diagnosis/treatment and also a number of sports massages - each time they have been very professional and have helped me to get over a number of injuries, facilities are also very clean.

I visited on several occasions for treatment and advice on injuries from sport. Thorough assessments carried out to establish the cause of the issues and rehab exercises prescribed with a detailed step by step plan. Excellent professional and friendly service.

I have a knee issue where it constantly clicks and was very painful to use when going up the stairs.(Was literally crawling up the stairs). Sunny advised me of a number of stretches and excerises to strengthen the muscle around my knee. I am now able to walk up Without any pain. Very helpful and knowledgeable. My favourite thing about kinetic is the ability to transfer from the physiotherapy room and continue my treatment though rehabilitation. I snapped my hamstring and was back playing competitive sport which was life changing. If your like me and enjoy exercising, competitive sport or general activity go to kinetic! Highly recommended.
