every time i call england i get disconnected after 3 secs. this has happened more than 15 times it is so frustrating. please please fix it/ also one number that i put in to call out from doesnt work, yet the house line does work. the number that doesnt work is 0533198032 and it just says "no credit" instead of "pls enter the number you wish to call"
