Helpfull and fast.

The connections are 'spotty' at times. I will suddenly get cut off from our call, and will then have to redial and get reconnected. I wish KeepCalling would provide a 'Warning', a voice warning or a simple beep to inform me I have 1 minute remaining before running out of prepaid phone 'load'. Some calls go well... good connection, no interruptions by getting suddenly cut-off / disconnected. Other calls are not so well. Sometimes when I dial the number at the prompt that KeepCalling gives me (to dial the number), the connection is not made... no explanation why... just no ringing at the other end of my call (the location I am calling - Nothing is there... no ringing, no busy signal... Nothing). I will then hang up and try again, but then I will notice, when I'm told how much pre-paid load I have at the onset of the redialed call... KeepCalling subtracted an amount from my load without me even having an opportunity to speak with the person I initially called... the call in was cut off before there is a connection, then money is subtracted from my account... That's like cheating, don'tcha think?

It works just as it should.

If you have to call from Europe to 1-800 number in North America, the Keep Calling is cheep and the best.

I have been using the Keep Calling app for 7 years, and I am very satisfied that the price is not too high. It is a convenient tool for connecting and talking. The connection is very good and clear. Virginija

Wish I had discovered KeepCalling years ago! Easy to use, good quality calls and very cost effective!

Doesn't work for me, paid 1/3rd more than the quoted call costs via apple (can only use app on phone), then twice while on hold on a call it gets to 14 minutes and then sound just cuts out but the call keeps running and charging. Thought it might be a random glitch but happened at the exact same time period the 2nd time. £6 down the drain.. but it's more all the wasted time which is annoying. Pity Skype stopped selling pay as you go credit

Seit Wochen funktioniert keepcalling nicht, weder ueber die homelione noch ueber die App. Fehlermeldung: 404 not found oder ..is busy. Customer service antwortet nicht .

I enrolled but could not determine how to sign to use the service. Would love to know how to sign in

I tried to get more minutes on the phone. It would not let me. It did not tell me that it was because my credit cad number was changed. I went to the web site and easily changed the no. and got more minutes so thus a 5 on recent experience. But one complaint is that three times in the last year, we have tried to use your service and were told it was not in service (ok the next day). Since this is our only long distance, it is very inconvenient.

Ease of access in both end of the world.

It is the best prices and minutes I've got for the long distance. by far it is the best ratio to call overseas.

The connection is great. Unfortunately, I have to input the PIN regardless number I dialed, even local one.
