I ordered a high chair on the Friday and got a confirmation email but them no follow up email about delivery. On Monday I emailed them to find out when I could expect delivery and so I could arrange to be home. No reply. I called and no one answered the phone. Now I have received this email to rate justkidding and what can I do but give a terrible review!!

good price, poor comunications over xmas/new year, phone/email rarely answered, good delivery using DPD

The website is ok, not mind blowing, but works well. The price was awesome, thats what made me place me order but sadly, other than an automated email confirmation i have heard nothing. Not even a "we're busy" but will give you an idea of delivery in next seven days. That's why I've rated it poorly. No communication, no contact, no goods yet...no idea when to expect them.

Was waiting for an out of stock item to come in - as soon as it did I got an email and a phone call and the package arrived before expected!

Super fast delivery on the icandy foot muff I was happy with delivery and service and this was the best price on the internet!

I ordered a changing bag 10 days ago. Still no email confirming delivery and still no bag. I feel completely let down.

Brilliant site

I ordered a car seat from just kidding a week ago. It was scheduled to be delivered but didn't turn up, rescheduled for next day, didn't turn up, rescheduled for guaranteed delivery before 10am on third day, didn't turn up. Apparently it is now locked in the warehouse safe and can't be delivered for another 3 days... a week later than promised, on the fourth attempt. I'm not holding my breath for ever seeing ths car seat! Just Kidding staff have been very helpful but still haven't actually managed to get the item to me and slightly surprised not to have had an apology for the 3 days I've spent waiting in for the delivery they keep promising me. So company seems good, nice staff but let down by delivery.

Fast and efficient service

Pre ordered a Maxi Cosi Two way fix base which they were waiting to receive from the supplier, they kept me updated on the delivery progress and called me as soon as it came in. Would definitely order from them again.

Was pleased to find what I was looking for ( bugaboo bee plus) at such a good deal. Best price I found online in fact. Then the delivery was super fast with an up to date commentary. Would totally recommend.

Purchased Babymel Quilted Nappy Bag. Was cheapest I could find and arrived within a few days. Delivery was free which made it even cheaper than anywhere else. My only issue was that it stated online that the bag had a hot pink lining which was ideal as I'm having a little girl but then when it came it was beige inside.

The website and order process was easy and smooth, the product drive as expected, very good company. And the delivery driver is very nice also.

I ordered a pram through the site for a friend, but the fact that the delivery address was diffrent from the invoice address caused problems despite this being a standard option when making the order. The website indicated that orders would be disptached within 24 hours but after one week the order had not been supatched according to the online tracker and so we queried this by e-mail - no reponse - then by phone when my friend was told that the problem was because the delivery address was diffrent from the invoice address. However, no attempt had been made to contact myself or my friend to resolve the issue. The order was still not dispatched at this point and we have to chase a second time for the order to be completed. A book was sent as an apology for the problems but overall very poor administration and customer service and I would not use this site again.
