What can I say about this company apart from excellent staff are amazing last year I wrote a review about this company with a member staff going above and way beyond Andy couldn't do enough to help me he really couldn't never judged very understanding but due to a problem on my end sadly my iva failed but andy said should anything change then they would be in contact but he didn't leave it there he sort me help from another company who on the sort term could manage my debits I will always appreciate what that man did for me. One year later I got contacted via email saying that things have changed and I may get an Iva granted and if I was interested to reply to the email which of course I was not only interested but over the moon to think they remembered me with in an hour I received a call from James who would be handling my case funny enough he said Andy was sat opposite him how amazing I honestly believe these two come from the same mold because James can't do enough for you and again there's no judgement I am the one embarrassed that I lost control but they don't look down they don't judge they listen they help they advise even if there advice sends you somewhere else they are honest from start to finish. If you struggling like me don't leave fester get the help you deserve most of use have worked all our lives aven starting early in life as a milk boy paperboy then starting work at 16 and 50 plus years later still working hard. We all need a little help from time to time. I can't praise this company enough and the two that I have delt with are the real people that deserve recognition for outstanding work to the public. I am sure on there days off you'll seeing them in red capes and blue underpants with tights flying around and saving people but honestly all jokes aside trust these trust there company and if you do I can guarantee you will sleep at night once again peacefully. When i first got in touch with IVA help I was a little bit sceptical. Honestly they have been an absolute godsend. James bent over backwards to make sure that everything was put into place as quickly as possible. He was reassuring and I felt like he actually cared. I would definitely recommend getting in touch if you are struggling. Thank you James. You have given me light at the end of the tunnel when I could only see darkness. I have never written a review before but on this occasion I just have to. I cannot express my gratitude to Donna for helping me get my finances in order and literally saving my life. It was so stress free from start to finish and she took care of everything for me. I am able to say that I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel and that is all down to Donna. I spoke to James throughout my experience and the man has been an absolute pleasure, he spoke to me as a human being which is more than i can say for most phone based roles, he really took the time to hear me out and explain all my options moving forward, im in a much better place now because of iva’s help id recommend this service to anyone struggling with debts!

Honestly I don’t usually write reviews, but on this occasion I will. I can absolutely 100% say that the service provided is amazing, the help and support from the team is incredible, they go above and beyond act fast and put your needs first, offer you options that suit your criteria. Having the IVA team in my corner has not only helped me get back on track, they have also gave me relief regarding my debts, knowing that I have a team by my side to seek advice and guidance what ever my needs are. Need help do not hesitate to contact the team.

Straight forward process, Andy was/is a brilliant support from start to finish. Any questions or queries were answered in depth which gave 100% reassurance. Whole process was sorted within a matter of days. Would highly recommend this company and more specifically Andy.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Donna. Her guidance was second to none, she really goes the extra mile to help you when in a very stressful time in your life! I was very anxious about a IVA and was worrying myself sick about what I was entering into, and sent a message over the weekend to her about my concerns.. was not expecting a reply on a Saturday night! I want to say a massive thank you to Nicky, who has been so helpful and understanding with my case. She is so professional and supportive, she calmed all my nerves down and talked me through the process with every little detail. She's so amazing at her role, no question was too hard for her to provide me with an answer. Every next step she was right there with me, and on top of that called me to check how I feel after the further call appointments with her colleague Asif, who was also great !
