I dealt with Donna to start with and Donna was very good at explaining everything clearly, explaining all my options and keeping me updated on the start of the process.

Spoke to Donna who was very helpful and answered all the questions that was worrying me , she couldn't have been more helpful and David Griffiths was very polite and also helpful I just hope that everything goes well with my application.

Was really struggling with debt so went on google n came across this company filled form in n got a call from Donna in 5 mins and she has sorted everything out for me Donna is so easy to talk to I wasn’t sure if it was a scam so I said this and Donna reassured me so much thank you for everything

Donna got in touch after I filled in an online form. From the first phone call she was very informative, we went through all my options and i came to a decision that suited me best. Thanks to Donna explaining the pros and cons of each, it has been a simple process from start to finish thanks to Donna answering all my queries.
