After spending years suffering with terrible anxiety over debt, Donna at IVA Help managed to completely take over my debt management in such a short timescale, she contacted all of my creditors and had me booked in for a verification call with the specialist within 48 hours of first contact. She was very forthcoming with information and made the whole process so easy. Would recommend both Donna and this firm to anyone that suffers with debt wanting to become stress free.

I had made a debt management plan with a charity but I had made very little progress with clearing my debts. I rang IVA help last Friday and spoke to Morag. By the end of the day she had phoned all my creditors and I had signed the paperwork. I wish that I had taken this route years ago. I am very impressed with the help I was given and I can breathe again !

My advisor was Ross. He made the whole process absolutely seamless. His advice, support and guidance was exceptional and was so easy to get hold off and was able to answer any questions straight away. I totally recommend this company morag was friendly and understanding the whole way through and didn't judge me at all. She was there to answer and questions I had at anytime day or night can not thank her and the rest of the team enough

Morag was amazing I am usually always in control of situations but my debt with the cost of living etc and trying to adapt was way over my head after speaking with morag she put my mind at rest and made me feel great after and it didn't end there she was still updating me after she had passed on my file to decision makers sue is a credit to your company

Morag was fantastic went through everything with me . No judgement just my situation change partner moved out so became single my 28 year old son moved out then my hours cut from 48 a wk to 30 my debts became unmanageable. They couldn't do enough passed me to their sister company and now on a debt management plan as my debts not high enough for iva . Thank you your amazing and fantastic nothing was too much trouble .
