I was going through a rough time regarding my debts I found the company and sent in a call back call, within the next minute I had a call back from Stephen Gomez. We went through my situation and he provided me with support without any judgment just advice, we manage to get it all sorted within a couple of days given it could of been sooner but I was trying to get a hold of a couple of documents. I would highly recommend.

While going through a separation and divorce with 4 children I got myself in a bit of a bad situation with debt. I applied online within minutes I had a lovely lady called Morag call me and listened to my situation and offered me freedom. Weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Very lovely lady thank you

Stephen Gomez is my life saver. I was in a very dark place, without chink of light and no way out of the pit of despair I found myself in with several creditors and a mountain of debt. Then my main creditor recommended IVA Help as a prospective debt management company I could turn to for help. My first contact, Stephen and after a two and a half hour phone conversation Stephen showed me a selection of possible ways out of the dark place I was it. Now two weeks later and after several phone calls and text I can now say that Stephen has pulled me all the way up and out of that deep, dark pit I was in. I can't rate Morag highly enough!! I finally got up the courage to address my situation and Morag called me back. She was fantastic! The process was quick and although the realisation of the true state of things was a bit shocking and I did get upset a few times, there was no shame & no judgement just support and honest guidance. I can't put into words how much that was appreciated. Once we had dug into my situation we found an IVA wasn't the best option for me and I was passed on to Tony at a sister company who was equally brilliant, non judgemental and supportive and helped me get some plans in place. Even after I had been passed over Morag kept in touch to make sure I was happy with the solution and that it was right for me and my situation, even after she had finished work for the day. It didn't feel like a service, it felt like support. I cannot rate or thank either of them enough but thanks to Morag and Tony I feel like a weight has been lifted and I've had the first good nights sleep in what feels like a very long time. 5*s all the way!
