Where do I start apart form saying how amazing Andy has been and how supportive he is is just an understatement. For years iv asked for help and got no where or been helped with a few debts but not all. They just escalated and doubled in value because I easily just slipped them into the draw. I completed a form online and Andy rang me within the hour. He was so lovely, so calm and understanding and not once made a judgmental comment. He’s been a therapist for my debts as well as always keeping me informed and up to date with what’s going on! I now feel ok to open them and inform him so he can take the lead. I Finally after all these years feel a weight being lifted of my shoulders and I can’t thank Andy enough!

From start to finish,Morag was like a guiding star...first of all we thought I wouldn't be eligable for an IVA...but she rang me back and aftr checking my details,she said I was!!...she was working up til abt 10pm the first night,then went into work early the next day to sort things,make phone calls etc on my behalf. Morag managed to fit in with my hectic schedule and she passed me onto Lee,who was equally helpful...so professional, I really don't know how I would have coped in the future.

I finally got the courage to call a debt company and I dnt know why I was so worried Andy Sahami made me feel very comfortable about talking about my situation he explained everything to me he never judge me for getting myself into a mess I’m so glad I made the call I feel like all my worries have gone so I would like to thank Andy for being saviour

Is there a man called James baker a colleague at Iva help ? Has anyone heard of this name?

My experience has been very positive. My advisor was Stephen Gomez and he was very good at explaining everything and making what is a difficult process very easy and understandable. He was very patient with me as I had lots of questions was anxious about how to proceed for the best. I would definitely recommend this company and Stephen. Money and debt is such a sensitive subject but I didn’t feel at all judged or embarrassed talking to Stephen about my financial difficulties. Each step was explained well and I am confident I’ve made the right choice for a debt free future.
