Nicki was an absolute lifesaver, she called me almost instantly after I submitted my query and she was very kind and helpful. Never once did judge and was incredibly aiding in all my questions and went through the process step by step. Absolutely saved me as I was drowning in my problems and did not know how to do anything or any processes but she guided me very well. Does not cost anything upfront and was free advice which really helped. The company is very quick in helping solve problems and amazingly quick in their replies and work. Submitted my case and hopefully it is accepted but without the company or Nicki I would not have been able to solve anything and I have a huge burden lifted off my shoulders.

Writing this review will not do justice on the service I have received over the last 3 weeks. I can't thank Nicola enough on her professional approach and understanding of the situation I was in. To say Nicola goes above and beyond is a understatement. For somebody to give so much reassurance and support during the whole process was in itself a massive help. The worry about phoning a complete stranger and explaining how your struggling with debt is daunting but I wished I had done it a long time ago. If you find yourself in debt and need help, reassurance and advice look no further.
