if u guys (girls? :D) had an online chat in ur website,with an available agent or some sort that can take care of pretty much anything - it would change the whole experience from side to side. if i have a question,wouldnt u rather answer it now? cause the whole "reply in 24hrs" thing is more for ebay and such,not a proper fetish shop like urself ;) so if u initiate that,u'll see things change for the far better :)

I love Honour!! Have ordered many things over the years and never had a problem. I generally tend to wait until the sales to purchase things but that's only due to my budget not stretching as far as I would like. The rubber/latex wear is my favourite and myself and my fiancé feel super sexy in it. Would definitly recommend :-)

hi I paid for next day delivery on a fri night only to be told I would not get my purchase until tues before 1 o clock that is not next day service and I should receive the £7.95 it cost me back I thought honour was a good company I discuss with friends my shopping experience and this was not the best . also when I called to track my parcel the girl on the phone was rude and abrupt ..

I can't recommend Honour enough, they had a great range are easy to use and everything arrives in discrete packaging. The correspondence was great , so I knew exactly what was happening and above all my purchase was spot on, exactly as shown on the website. I can't stress how pleased I was!
