Website was fine to navigate through, and to find the goods I was after - good choice too. Descriptions of the goods were a bit skimpy on the information, and found I had to take a punt and hope what arrived was what I thought I was getting. Ordering was easy too, and delivery was quick. So far, a good to very good service. However, let down by mediocre quality of items bought - not as good as those shown in the photos on the website. Bought some metal nipple clamps, didn't clamp as thought from photos (no description of how the clamps tighten on the website) but quite frankly, the finish of the metalwork was shoddy and looked homemade. Leather flogger handle cheaply made - would have paid a bit more for a better one hadn't the photo for the one I bought made it look so good. On the basis that the goods aren't up to scratch, would look elsewhere next time and take a punt somewhere else. There's loads of other companies/websites to choose from - so don't know why Honour would risk selling poor stock and losing customers?

I bought the Rouge shoes for my wife and was hoping she would appreciate them. Once we received them she was overjoyed with the style and fit of the shoes. She absolutely adores them.

Received an item of clothing through that was faulty. Contacted Honour through their website but had no respose from them. Contacted again through Facebook but still no reply. Finally phoned them and was told to send it back and a replacement would be sent out. I have received the replacement and am happy to have my item but was disappointed in the lack of communication.

Used this company for the 1st time for a valentines gift. Fabulous website & great service. My items where discreetly packaged and dispatched the next day. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Good selection at affordable prices. However feel they could be a bit more discrete, in terms of the sales name which appears on your bank statement. Also packaging wasn't securely sealed and the 1st thing the postman would have had a peak at would have been the Fetish Clothing sales leaflet.

I really only have one thing to say, total satisfaction! It's not the first and certainly not the last time I order from you. Products are very high quality I now own a certain collection from clothing, corsets and accessories. Service is great and shipping is faster than fast. HNR, continue like that, I'm an utter fan!

Very fast despatch of original item, but it had to be returned as it too large. The sizing guide didn't appear to correspond with the actual size of this item, and had to be exchanged (at my expense).

I will highly recommend HNR tout all PVC lover's. Great choice, good price and excellent quality. And very fast delivery.

just an example which speaks for itself: I made an order the wrong size (I mean a totally wrong size, didnt know about british size system before...) , so my bad, I just had to ship it back (and just pay one shipping cost) to have the size that fits me, so very good sellers

have ordered in excess of $1000's of clothing and toys in the last month for personal use. Everything has been exceptional from delivery to customer assistance. However, I have two issues. The first was that the maids outfit I ordered had a broken strap and I cannot use it. The second is that I don't seem to be able to order a "PVC Nadia Nurse outfit" in a medium size. Please get back to me with information about how I can purchase this item and in the case of the maids outfit, repurchase one to replace the damaged one.

generally satisfied with items received and efficiency and speed of service delivery however significant downside was that although parcel arrived in discrete unmarked box as promised on website it was not marked private and confidential which it should have been.
