I've only just placed the order so I don't have the product yet but I ordered as a result of some very good customer service - very rapid turn around on questions about a suitable product and several times more with tips on how I might fit them.
Gail who answered the telephone was pure positive energy and helpful. She was so connected to my vibration she not only went over and above with the service I received the first delivery last week. She got my order delivered on the day I purchased my second order online late morn. So so happy with the service. The product is bob on too.

When purchasing these tiles there was no mention of a £50 delivery charge , the charge didn’t show until after the order went through. Please can you refund the delivery charge plus vat or cancel my order Regards Archie Davies
