The online search was very helpful in viewing multiple stones and choosing the right one. Then ordered a pendant with it. Was a bit concerned initially as this was my first purchase, but felt confident as were being updated at every stage of processing, after the final product was made, was sent a video to watch and confirm it, then was shipped, excellent job. Very Honest! Very Professional ! Namaste! I did a lot of research online and offline for getting a genuine gemstone and an astrologer who actually can recommend them....since they are very expensive but Gempundit have varieties also...for different budgets.... From my experience, I was wary of the quality of gemstones available in the market but all of that changed when I visited GP's website. After going through their inventory, I made a call and spoke to a very young but very matured girl....1st I thought see is a business owner or shop owner later I come to know she is an astrologer and very educated and smart person.....yes really.... who was very patient and helpful in answering all my queries.... Normally I consulted for 12-14 days on my gemstone recommendations..... The best part was that she did not pitch as a salesman wanting to close a quick deal. On the contrary, she only guided me based on my queries and left it entirely on my discretion to decide on my purchase and also requested to verify the recommendations from others.... I actually did it....and found she is perfected the recommendations despite of very young age as an astrogemologist and astrologer.... I ordered my stones a couple of days later and I am happy that I did so.... The package was promptly delivered; neatly packed and with proper documentation.... Subsequent to the delivery, I sent GP's an email confirming the receipt of my parcel while asking them for an auspicious date and time to wear the gemstone (based on my birth details). The response was very prompt and I got their reply in couple of hours. I am grateful to GP's for providing such exemplary service. Must say this is an amazing group! GEMPANDIT! On 1st Jan i was searching internet in search of blue sapphire - its pros and cons etc. I happened to hit GEMPANDIT’s site. As i was hovering there a chat popped up. A guy Mr Kumar Gaurav started chatting with me. He guided me through out. Giving me lots of information. Because blue sapphire is something that doesn't suit every one. So you need to know a lot before going for one, especially whether it would suit you. He guided me through the online gem recommendation option available in their site. With his guidance i got a report which said positive about my going for blue sapphire. Next he guided me over the purity certificates that i said i would like to have. He also guided me on qualities of good and inferior stones. Then he came up with lots of choices as per my budget and liking. Different ranges... different shades of blue, different weights. We spent hours before i broke for lunch. A few days after this I got him over chat again. He directed me to Mr Nitin Kashyap - the astrologer as i wanted to double check whether blue sapphire would suit me. Mr Nitin gave me lots of counseling regarding my horoscope. Plus i had many questions which he replied. Due to bad network our conversation had to stop that day. The next day again Mr Nitin answered the remaining of my queries. Kumar Gaurav also gave inputs on how to take ring measurement as i wanted the company to make the ring for me. After placing the order i got regular status-update-emails from the company regarding my order, till final despatch. I had some special instruction regarding delivery. That time Kumar Gaurav was on leave. Mr Akhilesh Kumar Singh from customer care team took very good care of my worries and special despatch instructions that I had. We talked over phone and chatted too. Finally on 10th Jan i got the parcel. It was wonderfully packed with test certificate. I started my gem-journey with them on 1st Jan, without knowing anything. And on 10th I was holding a decently made blue sapphire ring on my hand. The entire process right from gathering knowledge, choosing, ordering and receiving the product was extremely smooth. Without an iota of tension, fear of being taken for a ride. Post receiving my ring kumar gave me instructions of how to purify it and energise it making it wear-ready. When and how to wear it. I was amazed at the service the guys out there gave me. Never imagined that i would get this kind of service in India. What more, NO ONE ever pressurised me on purchasing the gem. Kumar never even mentioned once. On the contrary he suggested that I should give time to it as purchasing such things with doubts in mind does not help. I should go for it only and only once I am sure hundred percent and have a positive feeling about it. Surprisingly, the astrologer Mr Nitin never suggested me to wear any stone. It was only when I asked him about the gem recommendation online report that I got from GEMPANDIT, did he say that blue sapphire would suit me, it was my stone and I could go for one if I wish. No compulsion, no extra suggestion, no propaganda from his side too, as normally the paneled astrologers do to promote sales of the business with which they are associated. I did not receive a SINGLE PROMOTIONAL mail that normally companies do and drive us crazy! I was really very much touched and moved the real care i received from the team. This rating and this write up is out of my spontaneous feeling. I really felt writing such feedback and doing it for the first time ever in my life. Because their service really touched me and i felt like reciprocating. Purchasing precious stone is really a tough game. Unless you are an expert chances are there that you don't get value for money, or might even get cheated. The online, computerised gem recommendation reports that the site gives based on the online horoscope produced on the inputs of your date/time/place of birth are much reliable. Should say far better than other astrologer recommendation. Saying this from my experience. Twice I was recommended wrong stones by astrologers and wasted money. Besides, no shop will give you such a detailed guidance at each step. Even if you are zero at gemology, the way the team of GEMPANDIT guides you is amazing.
