I have ordered Opal stone ring. From the day 1 till delivery Mr. Arun from GemPundit coordinated and the item delivered at doorstep in Ahmedabad. I have requested for early delivery and to enhance early delivery, GemPundit's shipping team utilized local courier service and that caused a minor behavioral issue at Ahmedabad, whereas, resolution have been ensured by GemPundit, specifically in coordination with Mr. Arun with in 1 hour from the delivery information given by local courier service. I am fully satisfied with the service provided and the all time coordination with Arun.

Sumeet has been exemplary in helping us with the selection of the stone and co-ordinating the execution of the entire order. Gempundit team members Rudra and Vadehi has been exceptional and they made every effort to deliver the custom design requested in a very short time frame which was indeed commendable. Gempundit also as a very sophisticated process, where on selection of the stone, you select the design and a CAD is created of the selected design, on approval CAM is created and then a Cast is created which gives an idea of what a finished piece would look like. Rudra ensured that I was involved in each stage of the process, he sent me CAD images and also supported me with further amendments to the design. When the finished product was delivered it was beyond by imagination, absolutely delighted to have chosen Gempundit.
