Hi I am satisfied with product however there is quite a lot of scope in improving communication should there be delays in delivery. A proactive support from GP team would be better especially if the product is a high value item.

Great services, quality of product, proper guidance.

While selecting Adjustable ring for me, ring should be make it in such a way which should be tight or loose according to men finger size. The Ring which I got from Gempundit is already large size ring with an option of loose it if you want but there is no option of tight. Upon checking with Customer care, they said, we follow the standard size. Nothing is mentioned on their website. 100075210
