Got a refund on what I paid when I let company know I seen same product cheaper!! Can't complain with that.

I rang this company before Xmas and they emailed me several items high would suit my needs. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive, just the one that did the job. Nice and clear sound, no feedback , great for our art class made up of mainly elderly people with depleted hearing,

I spoke to Alex from the technical team and he gave me the time, knowledge and his expertise in purchasing the right good for a job that had gone wrong for me at a school. As I am no expert in Audio the patients Alex gave me in explaining which piece of equipment is required, why the equipment was necessary and the reasons behind the set up. Absolutely a credit to the company and yes I will shop again Companies like this , we need back rather than the aggressive sale pitch Very impressed

Needed a snow machine urgently. Missed next day delivery deadline on website so called sales. After checking with warehouse confirmed next day was possible. Machine arrived at 10.30 following morning.

I was looking to purchase a wireless microphone system for school, something I knew very little about.
