I rented a limo for our anniversary my wife was so surprised she couldn't belive it I popped the champagne which was in the bar which was in the bar complementary and the driver Chris was so great accommodating and so polite he took us for a tour before dropping us at the theatre. I booked a limo for my stag night and the company arranged a stripper as well and bar was filled up with drinks great sound system and we had a great night which we will never forget Also my thanks to the driver Chris.

Shocking service. Booked for our wedding and the driver went to the destination location instead of our pickup location meaning we had to change the morning wedding itinerary. This meant we only used the limo for 1 hour instead of 3 as booked. Mistakes happen however what was unacceptable was the customer service after. They disputed they went to the wrong location even though emails and messages confirmed they were wrong. When we asked where the main office was, the call was disconnected. It is now 3 weeks later and they have refused to pay a refund and have ignored us since then. Please book your vehicles somewhere else that’s professional.

I had a limo for my birthday it was great it was one of the best experience I've had in a long time the limo was clean and high quality there were drinks and balloons inside the limo the music had a high quality sound system I'll do it again next year.
