Booked for an evening to attend a party, very good service, lovely driver. 100% recommend for any event.

DO NOT USE** terrible company! I ordered a limo for my wedding, paid in advance, had a confirmation call to say they received payment. Just as I stepped out the door to attend my wedding I had an abusive call from this company about receiving payment! Then their driver also were rude and threatening to my bridal party and threatened to not take them to the venue. Poor internal staff communication, rude staff, and when I wrote a complaint, staff still had a no professional and unapologetic attitude. I call to speak to a manager and they said ‘follow procedure and write and email’ even how they said this was confrontational! This company just wants your money and does not care. I would give them no stars for how they cause wrong and unnecessary upset on my wedding day. Disgusting customer service!

Booked for our daughters birthday party,she and friends had so much fun with sparkling apple juice and music.Adults first time as well and could fit a elderly persons 4wheel walker in the boot.Main office Max,Claire very helpful and our driver Lawrenzo was very helpful and pleasant too.Pricing was competitive.Not sure how the costings work in background but the driver deserves a good cut from the pricing.Overall a wonderful experience for all.We booked a return trip just as well we did as the trains werent reliable that particular day.

From the 1st instance I spoke with a representative of the company I was treated with professionalism, courtesy and great customer service. I booked a limo for my niece who turned 16 for her an her 10 friends. Easy Limo were the only ones who offered me competitive rates. They arrived on time and they went the extra mile by allowing us to spend some extra time on drop off to take memorable pictures with my niece. Everything was perfect. The car, the driver, the price, the punctuality. I was a bit worried considering some bad reviews and the fact it was my wedding. But everything was great. Silva was our driver and he was very professional and understanding. Definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service so far, I have booked a Limo for Saturday for a 30th birthday and the communication has been great and the price he offered compared to other companies was very good. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Easy Limo to friends and family.

A lot of reviews on here are either really positive or really negative but in my opinion it was great for the price. I got quoted over £650 for other companies and this company is great value. Arrived on time & drove us for 2 hours. The only flaw i’ll point out as a constructive criticism is the sound system wasn’t very loud and it can’t handle bass that well when turned up the whole way. But overall was really fun and i do recommend :)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Booked a party bus for 22 people to take us on a return trip to a festival in Brighton. We waited OVER 2 HOURS for the driver to return to pick us up only for him to not show! We were accompanied by the police to locate the driver to find him passed out DRUNK off of our alcohol we left on the bus for the return journey! Not only did this happen but he had rummaged through all of our belongings and thrown up all over the us which we were then expected to get back on! We were all stranded in Brighton in the early hours of the morning!!! The company have been terrible in compensating our money back and for all the taxis we were forced to pay so we could get back to our homes! The staff at the office were extremely RUDE and not helpful cared more about their passed out drunk driver than their customers that had been stranded over 2 hours away from home!!! Company took little to no responsibility for this, absolutely disgusted! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! AVOID!!

DRUNK DRIVER!!!!! we hired a party bus for 22 for a trip to and from Brighton for a festival, waited OVER 2 HOURS for the driver to arrive to take us home only for us to be accompanied by police and find the driver passed out DRUNK 10 mins from the collection location!!! Not only that, he had rummaged through our belongings, drank all the alcohol we had left on the bus and then threw up all over the bus!!! WE WERE ALL STRANDED in Brighton in the early hours of the morning!!!!! The company were absolutely awful in compensating us our money back, took little to no responsibility!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Honestly you could not put into words how awful this experience was! AVOID!!!!

Daughter’s 16th with her friends was a fantastic success, the hummer was as a total winner, so much fun and the driver was very friendly and made the experience an incredibly positive one thank you!
