Commlinks has been established since 1995 and we have been supplying telephone system to all types of business in London and the home counties. In 2000 we developed the first e-commerce website selling new & refurbished Nortel & BT telephone equipment, with this website we were able to sell our phones through out all the England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. If you need to buy any telecoms equipment you can be accursed that you do not need to look anywhere else as we have been providing this service since 1995.
Phones were as cheap as I could buy them online. Dispatched the same day and received the following today. I couldn't fault them.

Not the best experience...Got an email informing me that my parcel was due ( as paid for ) and it didn't turn up. I had to chase the sales office to be told it hadn't been sent on a carrier but had been shoved in the post, and if it didn't turn up the next day, ring them to let them know and they would send it out again. The parcel turned up the next day, and wasn't the handset and curly cord as ordered, but just the cord.( paperwork was correct though )

Speedy delivery. only thing I could not do was track and trace the consignment. would recommend and use again.
Ordering easy and efficient, got the product I wanted, however the delivery service was a little slower than expected and advised. According to the tracking system my order sat in once place for a day rather than moving on hence it arrived a day later than it should have. Shame especially as I had to pay extra because of my delivery address, even though I am on the UK mainland!
Ordered the hand sets and they arrived 2 days later, 1/2 the price of BT

A lot of information was given in the item description on the website, but it wasn't clear that the connection for the headset needed to be ordered separately. However, I received a call later that day to explain and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful, efficient and polite and added the correct connection to the order for me. Great service. It would be good to have an estimated delivery date before you order.
I rung to enquire about a telephone which I was unsure about. Staff were extremely helpful and explained everything clearly and as promised we received the phone the next working day.
