After 2 weeks I progressed the telephone order. The response was immediate and the items received the next day. Shame it wasn't handled so efficiently when placed.
Have been dealing with Commlinks for a couple of years now. Always confirm order immediately and give a courtesy call. On one occasion the order was short and this was sorted after a quick telephone call with the goods being received by return along with a complimentary headset. Goods are of high quality, including their own Eartec products. Cannot recommend too highly!

Buying telephones shouldn't be this difficult. It should roughly go: Me: Hello can I buy some phones please? Commlinks: Yes certainly. Me: Great, here's my card. Commlinks: Thanks, your phones will be with you tomorrow/next week etc. *phones arrive within specified time limit* Needless to say my experience was nothing like this and I'd rather use two tin cans and a length of string as a communication device than use these disorganised fools ever again.
