Conny Team has been working on my case now for more then a year- yes its long time but unfortunately corona posponded many things however they have always find time to properly updated me on my case. What i value the most is open and transparent process where they always said they will be happy to give me a call and explain things more in details. Some cases go fast some slow but i guess that is how things go. I would specialy love to say Big Thank you to Mr. April who has been working on my case. CONNY should be really proud to have him in his team as he makes all the difference and im thankful for his profesionalisam and time. I would definetly recomend CONNY and i hope my case will be another win for them and for me :)
Nach meiner Kündigung, hat mir Conny Legal direkt und ohne Komplikationen geholfen. Die Vermittlung zum Anwalt, war ebenfalls schnell und alles lief sehr freundlich ab. Auch das Endergebnis kann sich sehen lassen.
Heute habe ich den Auftrag erteilt. Promt meldete sich der Vermieter bei mir, was den das solle und ob ich Stress will. Er meinte er würde es seinen Anwälten geben.

Wir haben durch Conny super viel Miete einsparen können! Der Service war super. Wir hatten keinen Stress, weil die ganze Kommunikation mit den VermiterInnen für uns übernommen wurde. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Die Mietpreisbremse wurde ja heute gekippt im Berlin. Die "gesparte" Miete muss nun zurück gezahlt werden, die Aufforderung wird schnell kommen. Wie verhält es sich nun mit der Provision die ihr bekommen habt? Bedeutet das zum Ende das ich gar nichts gespart habe, aber ich ebenso noch die Provision, welche ja 5 Monate beträgt, nicht zurück erhalte?
Das Conny Team hat unseren wirklich schwierigen Fall konsequent vertreten und nach langer Zeit zum vollen Erfolgt geführt. Wir sind sehr dankbar und können nur dazu ermutigen, die eigene Miet-Situation ebenfalls prüfen zu lassen. Es lohnt sich seine Rechte als Mieter einzufordern! Das Conny-Team ist ein toller und starker Partner und hat bei uns dazu geführt, das wir trotz langwierigem Streit und nie unwohl mit der Wohnsitution gefühlt haben und am Erfolg nie zweifeln mussten. Wenigermiete/CONNY has the best customer service I have received since moving to Berlin 3.5 years ago. I want to highlight that they really take their time to get to know you and your case, and every phone conversation I've had with the company has felt like a true consultation. I had several questions about the Mietendeckel/Mietpreisbremse from the start, and the team always took the time to explain each parts thoroughly. The actual process of lowering my rent was as frictionless as it can get; we got going as soon as I signed off the papers, and... I basically did not have to do anything. I was astounded how easy it was to lower my rent significantly. I recommend everyone to at least contact the team and see if they can help you.
Vermieter kündigte, ohne die gesetzlichen Vorgaben den bestehenden Mietvertrag, mit dem Vorwand das ich als Mieter eine Kündigung gewünscht hätte! Alles verlief ohne großen Aufwand, aber mit dem entsprechenden Erfolg, das aus der ausgesprochenen Kündigung keine Rechte mehr hergeleitet werden und die Kündigung zurück genommen wird!
Schnelle und umfassende Information. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Kompetent und schlich.

Through Wenigermiete.de our rent was substantially reduced and we received a back payment of over 2000 euros (from the start of the filing of our request to Wenigermiete.de). The professionals helped us over the phone, in person and by email whenever we had questions. Unfortunately the landlord would not settle the disputed rent so Wenigermiete.de took them to court and won the case - and this was all done without us having to do anything, except initially to enter the information on the website.
Wir haben die Forderung der Mietbremse durchbekommen, alleine hätten wir das wohl nie geschafft und uns auch nicht getraut einen Anwalt zu nehmen. Es hat zwar ein Jahr gedauert bis alles über den Tisch war, aber ich schätze so ist das einfach auch bei Vermietern die es gerne hinhalten. Vielen Dank Conny, ihr ermöglicht es wirklich das Recht durchzusetzten bei gleichzeitiger Risikolosigkeit für uns!

Ich hatte meine Anfrage an Wenigermiete geschickt und ich hatte die Hoffnung, dass sie mindestens meine Miete reduzieren könnten.Aber Sie haben mehr gemacht. Ja es hat lange gedauert, aber am Ende habe ich vor einigen Tagen die Erstattung bekommen. Vielen Dank Conny-Team :)
Dank wenigermiete.de zahlen wir nun pro Monat 300,-€ Kaltmiete weniger. Der Kontakt lief grundsätzlich gut. Wenn etwas nicht gleich geklärt werden konnte, gab es einen Rückruf oder eine E-Mail.
Amazing! After only one month they had lowered my rent about 25% already! And because part of what I had to pay them was taken off my deposit with my landlord, so basically two month after the application I already paid less rent. They said this was the optimal case. So it can take a little longer sometimes I guess. But it's definitely worth consulting with them! I thought I didn't have the worst contract, tried anyways. And booom! We're saving a lot of money now. Awesome! Thank you so much!
